Alberto M. Ornelas, born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, is a multidisciplinary creative and founder of Five 11 Studios. His career spans music, film, and media marketing, driven by a lifelong passion for storytelling and creative expression.

Ornelas began as a music and dance prodigy, gaining early recognition as a member of the Disney-affiliated group SAVVY, and later performing with the Spanish supergroup Los Super Reyes / Kumbia Kingz. He appeared in the SAVVY DVD special Every Body Moves and made a guest appearance on ABC’s High School Musical: Get in the Picture.

Performing under the stage name Mannie B., he developed his musical identity before transitioning into filmmaking. Motivated by creative independence and a promise to his son, Lyric, Ornelas founded The Bomb TV, which later evolved into Five 11 Studios—a full-service creative studio uniting film, television, music, and media marketing under one vision.

As a filmmaker, Ornelas is drawn to emotionally driven storytelling, particularly in horror and drama, with plans to expand into comedy and action. His creative process emphasizes strong concepts, structured planning, and visual storytelling that connects with audiences.

Ornelas has earned over 12 awards and nominations, including Best Director, Best Short Film, Best Cinematography, Best Editor, and multiple top film recognitions. He views film festivals as essential platforms for growth, feedback, and creative connection.
